On March 25 and 26, 2010, Mrs. Fields brought the ultimate cookie-dining experience within the vast halls of SMX
Convention Center as a participant in the 2-day Expo of Asia’s GEM 2010 (Gaming Entertainment plus Leisure Expo
Manila). A pavilion booth and a smaller booth beside the bingo area where Mrs. Fields showcased its world-class
products and satisfactory customer service were established.
In the Pavilion booth, great interiors and attractive merchandising displays provided Mrs. Fields customers with a
homey and cozy set-up where they enjoyed fresh bakes such as cookies, brownies, and muffins. Pastries ranging from
banana bread, ensaymada, soft rolls, croissant and turnovers, were also favored by visitors and other exhibitors, both
local
and foreign. These delectable products were best consumed with Mrs. Fields espresso-based beverages.
Mrs. Fields also instituted a small booth in the Bingo area to provide bingo and slot machine players accessible
means to avail of Mrs. Fields products. Pre-packed cookies and brewed coffee were the most saleable items, a
testament that cookies and coffee are indeed a perfect combination!
With the success of Mrs. Fields in this year’s expo, it is looking forward to another participation in Asia’s GEM 2011.
